I want my dog to be under complete control and display advanced trained behaviors in all settings regardless of distractions or difficulty. I don't expect my dog to be a robot, but I'd like for him/her to be capable of displaying obedience when commanded reliably. I expect my dog to listen for the most part but as long as he/she is not getting in to trouble, I am happy. I'd like for him/her to come when called, and to not pull on a leash. He or she already listens well enough, I just need help correcting a particular behavior.

How involved do you hope to be in maintaining standards for your pups obedience and behavior? *

I have a lot of time and plan to be very on top of his/her training and behavioral development all throughout the day. I have a busy life but I'm dedicated and will build solid routines and structure for my dog. I can do my best to keep an eye on him/her and give direction and corrections when necessary. I am quite distracted at home and don't see myself having the time to dedicate individual attention to the dog's training upkeep. If I'm being honest, I am not the disciplinarian type and will probably be lenient with what the dog is able to get away with.

How comfortable and willing are you and your family sending your pup to school for 5 weeks? *

Everyone is completely on board. The adults are open to the time frame but the kids are having a hard time conceptualizing being apart from their pup for that long. One spouse/partner is having a hard time with with the timeline but seems to be trusting the idea. There is some heavy resistance from family members.
